Q.   Can you give me a price over the phone?
A.  Sorry, please contact us directly and we will inspect the work to be performed. 

Q.   Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
A.   Yes, we provide our own cleaning supplies. If you'd like to supply your own products, you can leave it out for our staff to use or contact us and let us know.

Q.   Do you do laundry?
A.   We fold clean laundry, but do not wash. 

Q.   Do I have to be home?
A.   Only if you want to. If you can not be home, you can leave your key in a certain place and let us know. Many of our customers also give us a key and we will keep it in our office.

Q.   Can I keep the same person in my house each time?
A.   Yes, you can. If you like the person we send out, just let us know and we will continue to send the same person. If for some reason we cannot send your requested cleaner, you will be contacted.

Q.   Are you insured?
A.   Yes, we are fully insured and bonded.
